After the meeting that has taken place in Istanbul between the Bosniak leader and the president of Serbia, Turkish head of state Recep Tayyip Erdogan will hold another similar one between Edi Rama and Aleksandar Vucic.

Diplomatic sources indicate that the meeting between the president of Turkey, Serbia and Albanian prime minister is expected to take place in the town of Presevo in June.

As taught, the meeting takes place as part of Turkey's efforts to boost co-operation in the Balkans. Similar to Novi Pazar's visit, where Erdogan launched an investment plan to help the population, the message of Ankara's contribution to stabilise reports in the Balkans is expected to be delivered in Presevo.

Last year, after visiting the White House, Trump has asked the Turkish president to influence the relaxation of reports in the region, promoting co-operation and lowering the likelihood of confrontations.

The last Istanbul meeting, where Erdogan met with Vucic and Izetbegovic, was an attempt to ease relations between Serbs and Bosniaks, where the Turkish president is playing the role not merely of a mediator but of an active actor moving towards promoting dialogue and discussion.

In Presevo, it is expected that both Vucic and such as Rama, and Erdogan, will speak of an intensive dialogue between Albanians and Serbs.

Recently by Albanian Kosovo political subjects, the demand for exchange of territories between northern Kosovo and Presevo has increased, in the event of a possible division of three municipalities over the Iber River.

As learned, the Presevo meeting will try to discourage traumatic solutions and create greater opportunities for a co-existence of Albanians and Serbs in Presevo.

Presevo Mayor Albania Arifi, head of the Alternative for Change, has good relations with both Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, but also with Turkey's President, Rexhep Tayyip Erdogan.

That fact will serve to build a bilateral trust report between Arifi and Serbian President Vucic, though the dialogue between them exists.

It is most likely to promote a common platform of Presevo Albanians, which, like the Macedonian Albanians, will return to the government agenda.

But this will require a careful negotiation process between the parties, where it teaches Ankara will develop efforts to promote dialogue.

Erdogan's visit to Presevo is expected of special interest, as Ankara is viewed by Albanians as an important ally who protects their interests.

Vucic, meanwhile, has filed an important report with Turkey and Erdogan himself, easing obstacles that have existed between the parties.

Several Turkish companies have opened Facebook-type light industry factories in Presevo. This year, this investment is expected to expand, connecting to the network that was established in Novi Pazar, where a large number of such factories exist.

These industrial units increase employment, a major plague in the Presevo Valley, but they also affect the area's economic growth.
