In his speech, Rama said the idea of the Court is not at risk.
I think it's irreversible, even though it's important that he have an open mind for the best solution. The court's idea is not at risk. There is a debate on improving it and it is a good debate” has said Rama.
On the other hand, he has also spoken about the membership of Balkan countries in the European Union.
He hopes Serbia and Albania will join the Union, with the assumption that the Serbian state will recognise Kosovo.
The membership process is based on achievement. Serbia is ahead of us because it is already holding negotiations, but we hope that this year we will start negotiations. But this is sound competition and we want to make progress and why not, in the future, to be in the same position and enter the EU immediately, with the assumption that Serbia will recognise Kosovo”, Rama said today in Davos.
