The second part of the day brings power to clouds across the country by bringing in the evening, but mainly at night, rainfall throughout the territory. Rains are forecast in much of Albania, while snowfall is forecast in remote mountain areas.
According to MeteoAlb, air temperatures remain constant during the morning, but a 2 °C drop brings noon hours, the most sensitive in mountainous areas.
The wind will blow light to the average at a speed of 28 km/h from the South Stream, while at sea the waves will continue.
