Russia's President Vladimir Putin honoured Serbia's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic, with the Order of Friendship, for his contribution to strengthening friendship and co-operation with Russia.
The news was disclosed through a statement on the reward of foreign citizens, signed by the Russian president, broadcast the Balkan Radio Service Free Europe.
The Order of Friendship last year has received former Serbian President Tomislav Nikollic.
This state price of Russia has been awarded since 1994 to foreign citizens for special merits in strengthening peace, friendship, co-operation and mutual understanding among peoples.
