Currently, the Kosovar Agency for Comparison and Verification of Property has the right since property it has under management to expel the usurpors only twice.
That right, the Agency, which is the successor of the Directorate for Local Affairs and Property (HPD) and the Kosovo Property Agency, is limited to the Law in question, which was adopted in November 2016.
