Police take steps against 38-year-old blooded dogs

Kosovo police have taken steps against the person identified as Shem S., who is suspected of the criminal act of “being carelessly observing animals”.

Shatri, 38-year-old, from Istog's Tomoc Village, has posted several videos on the social Facebook network, where you see it blooding dogs.
