Pacolli has said that during the month of October of the following year, he has held a meeting with Zaharievan, where the topic of discussion was exactly the integration of the Western Balkans, namely Kosovo.
This is Pacolli's complete comment:
New Year's first day really started with good news not only for Kosovo's European perspective, but for all countries in the region. As host to my Bulgarian counterpart, Ekaterina Zaharieva, in Kosovo during the month of October of the year we left behind we discussed this over and had a joint business lunch.
I have deep confidence that Bulgarian support for Kosovo will be strong on Kosovo's Euro-Atlantic processes, our country's membership in the International Organisation, as is the mutual will for expanding economic co-operation and trade exchange between the two countries.
