In September, the paper reported that Pacolli has ignored legal provisions that require senior public officials to transfer to trusted persons the rights of leadership of companies they own immediately after the election or appointment.
The conflict of open interest was witnessed in the case of the company “Diamond Fashion”. On the online platform of the Kosovo Business Recording Agency (ARBK), Deputy Prime Minister Pacolli figured both as owner of this business and as authorized person director and registered agent.
