An official car of the Republic of Kosovo has been photographed with luggage loaded with oak today in Pristina's Veternik.
A Time.net portal reader has sent to address this photo that shares abuse with the official car.
According to all odds, the car is at the disposal of any member of the Serb community, employed in Kosovo institutions, since the oak is now gathering to celebrate Orthodox Christmas.
This is not the first time that official cars are abused by Kosovo institutions employees.
