NISMA: We don't have any agreements with AKR on Demarketing

MP NISMA for Kosovo, Haxhi Shala, has exposed MP Ilir Deda's statements, saying there is no agreement between NISMA and AKR for demarcation with Montenegro. Shala in a proposal for Periscope has said that such a thing does not stand and has not been discussed, and has added that [...]
Shala, in a proposal for Periscope, has said that such a thing does not stand and has not even been discussed, and has added that Ilir Deda can only talk about his party's positions.
I don't know when Ilir Deda went to NISMA. He can only speak on behalf of the Alternative, but as regards the agreement between NISMA and AKR to vote for Demarkation, he doesn't stand. At least that's all I know. This has not even been discussed in party structures and nowhere”, Shala has said.
Shala has denied that there is a co-ordination between NISMA and AKR for that.
“Position NISMA for Demarketing is known, and that's where we stand. I believe the government is working to find a way out of this dead end, but not with such agreements as Ilir Deda has claimed. Such a thing does not stand “, the MP has suggested NISMA for Periscope.
Asked if NISMA will change the political stance on the issue of demarcation, Shala has said one could happen in the event of reviewing some of the demarcation agreement provisions.
“The Kosovo Parliament is not blocked, it is working. Our attitude is known because nothing has changed from that agreement. If anything changes, or if any deal is reached for Montenegro for reviewing some demarcation points, then it's something else and we can come up with new positions for the Demarket”, Haxhi Shala has concluded for Periscope.
Such a thing has been denied even by the AKR, who have said such a thing has not been discussed.
Unlike MP Ilir Deda today in a statement he has said NISMA and AKR are preparing a new agreement regarding Demarcation.
I've talked to some government members who aren't from AAK. There are other parties. They are trying to make a statement with the Government of Montenegro, which will reconfirm point 7 of the demarcation agreement, which means that in the next two years after Kosovo ratifys, when the border point is made, it will reinforce what it says additional documents will be taken into account and the border moves out of what is written in the accord”, Deda had declared in a television show.
I am inclined to believe that this government initiative that is not AAK will succeed so that everyone can vote the demarcation in the Parliament. It's NISMA and AKR's initiative, if I'm not mistaken”, stated Ilir Deda./Periscopi/
