Some murders still baffle Kosovo

The murder of the PDK candidate for Kosovo Assembly MP Elvis Pista and the killing of Dafina Zhubi are some of the cases, which, although they have spent over three years since they have not yet become white.

Recognition of justice and security issues estimate that lack of professionalism, will and courage are some of the reasons why justice organs are failing to whiteen these cases.

Ehat Miftaraj from the Kosovo Institute for Justice states that cases of killings such as Elvis Pista should be handled by the Special Prosecutor, not the Founding Prosecutor.
