Ismajl Kurteshi from Vetevendosje and Haxhi Shala from the Initiative will be tried for gas drop.
The Kosovo Appeals Court has rejected the complaints of the two MPs' defence lawyers, thus ending the Pristina Foundation Court's decision.
The founder in Pristina had refused the two MPs' defence requests, with which the pleas for impeaching the indictment were rejected.
The news of the call.com confirmed Haxhi Shala's lawyer Naser Soopyan.
This is the second time Appeals has ruled regarding the fate of this indictment since last year he had turned the case into restoration because it had then found that the fundamentals have not reasoned enough on the decision to refuse the requests for dropping the indictment.
Four Vetvendosje deputies Albin Kurti, Donika Kadaj-Bujupi, Albulen Haxhiu and Faton Topalli were sentenced on January 3rd to prison on bail for droping gas in the Assembly.
Another trial for the tear is being made for another former Vetevendosje deputate Ismaili.
