Now drastic measures with the goal of eliminating pollution have also been warned. As one of the pollution sources is known, so are old cars that emit gas.
But until ad-hok measures are taken by institutions in the country, some of the guidelines that have long been adopted are not being implemented.

No. 08 /2016 for allowed air discharge rates from mobile pollution sources provides fines for car users who cause pollution.

So with a 100-euro fine, it's fined for counter-insulting: vehicle user who doesn't submit to the verification of gas control and does not respect allowed emissions rates.
With a fine of 1,000 to 3,000 euros, the legal person is sentenced for countering: if the QKT (technical Control Centre) does not hold a special registry, in which the results of measurements conducted for the level of gas emissions from vehicles passing through the regular technical control process under Article 16. of this Administrative Guide; and if the QKT does not prepare the annual ratio of gas emissions in the air, all technical checks performed under Article 18. This Administration Guide.

The fine is also envisioned even if the subject of technical control KT allows the passage of a regular test vehicle that fails to meet the pre-standard standards; if the subject of technical control QKT conducts equipment testing that are technically not in order and give the wrong values; if the subject of technical control QKT maintains inspection employees who don't have the right professional competence.

While in violation of paragraph 2. this article is also punished by the legal person with a fine of 500 to 1500 euros.

Former Environment Minister Ferid Agani has criticised institutions for failing to implement the instruction in question.
