Minister Tahiri shows whether citizens with convictions for wrongdoing will go to prison

Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri through a Facebook status has indicated that since the beginning of this year -- that is, as of January -- it has begun to implement the whole Law of Counter-Affliction. According to Minister Tahiri, the extraction of this law was not only a necessity but also a necessity, since it has already been released with [...]

According to Minister Tahiri, the drafting of this law was not only a necessity but also a necessity, since the prison sentence for wrongdoing has already been lifted, enabling competent bodies to pronounce fines and other sanctions for law enforcement.

“Beyond this law that the Ministry I am leading has drafted, we have established quality principles and standards that are basic preconditions for reforming the area of counterinvention, and for effective implementation of the screening procedures and resolution of such works.

Also, there will be a substantial reform in the area of counter-invention, in which the court is laid off in prison for persecution, the possibility that a certain number of counter-inventions will be pronounced fines and other sanctions on the part of competent law enforcement, without charge of the courts, setting out the terms of the seizure of the property mass gained against wrongdoing, conditions for prescribing anti-vator acts, determining minimum and maximum sanctions for counter-in treatment, and offering two-cality in this procedure, and guaranteeing the right to the administrative process of the conflict has been written.

Minister Tahiri has praised the readiness of institutions to implement this law, which will, among other things, reduce the large number of anti-vatities in courts.

This “allows courts to fire from the large number of anti-invention subjects. Therefore, I appreciate the willingness of institutions to implement this law and invite all subjects to this procedure to realise the rights and obligations set out in it”, Tahiri has concluded.
