According to Minister Tahiri, the drafting of this law was not only a necessity but also a necessity, since the prison sentence for wrongdoing has already been lifted, enabling competent bodies to pronounce fines and other sanctions for law enforcement.
“Beyond this law that the Ministry I am leading has drafted, we have established quality principles and standards that are basic preconditions for reforming the area of counterinvention, and for effective implementation of the screening procedures and resolution of such works.

Minister Tahiri has praised the readiness of institutions to implement this law, which will, among other things, reduce the large number of anti-vatities in courts.
This “allows courts to fire from the large number of anti-invention subjects. Therefore, I appreciate the willingness of institutions to implement this law and invite all subjects to this procedure to realise the rights and obligations set out in it”, Tahiri has concluded.
