Through the regional and local competition project in which projects also enter from the tourism field are available 24m euros.
The “is dedicated to all factors from the tourism field that will directly affect the improvement and advancement of capacities. This means investment in the share of infrastructure, with the aim of improving access to anthractions, overall infrastructure for improving tourist general impressions, investment in new and improved products or services, establishment of innovative products and expansion of the current service”, said Marija Blaz, tourism development specialist.
Blaze says the application method has already been eased. The first call has already resulted in 147 projects.
