The hearing where the indictment would be rejected in the QKUK escape case was postponed because a lawyer had no paperwork.

At Sami Lushtaku's trial hearing and 23 other people for the escape from QKUK, lawyer Ragip Zeneli complained he does not have the paperwork.

That's why this session was postponed.

Prior to the postponement of the session, lawyer Arben Qerkeyni sought to expel a documentation from Serbia as evidence, after saying it was secured by another sell by failing to implement the Law provisions for international judicial assistance.

The site did not reveal what evidence this is about, but prosecutor Romulo Matthews said lawyers in this phase of the trial have the right only to demand the rejection of the indictment.

Matthews, however, left it to the court if he wants the lawyer to grant additional deadlines for submitting that request.

At today's session, Myrvette Lushtaku, the wife of Sami Lushtak, who is also charged with reasoning that she is ill of a close family member.

The next session was scheduled for February 2nd.

The incident, which includes a series of senior justice ministry officials, describes claims on how Lushtaku escaped from prison by showing his car and the person who carried him from the hospital to a residence.

The same describes the way after Lushtak's escape the director of Pristina's Prison was advanced to the head of the Correcting Service.

Part of the act is Lushtak's son, the Exile, whose role is described in this act of the Prosecutor.

The incident describes the involvement of other Justice Ministry officials who refused to transfer Lushtak to Mitrovica Prison.

KKUK doctors are also charged with giving false diagnosiss about Lushtak, and also part of the indictment are co-workers of Lushtak who offered witnesses before and in exchange for statements.

The accident for the QKUK escape was established last year.
