LDK MP Arben Gashi has long named the PDK leader Kadri Veselin's reaction in connection with the Special Court.
Gashi, through a Facebook post, has said that unlike the PDK, his party has consistent stance on the issue.
“Voen remembered chairman The PDK give his party's position for the Special Court! ! The LDK, with consistent stance”, has written, says Koha.net.
Remember That Today, Head of The PDK, at the same time chairman of the Kosovo Assembly, from the initiative to abolish the Special Law, has now turned into protection of the Court.
In an authorial scripture that Wessel says he has prepared early but that he has not published the cause of the holidays, he points out that the Special Court will take place and that this is the inevitable action.
He calls it dramatic on the night of December 22nd, when ruling coalition deputies launched the initiative to abolish the Law, but he also casts criticism on MPs who, according to him, did not think of reactions after their initiative.
While they are not reluctant to openly accuse opposition parties, who, according to him, acted and expressed resentment and revanscism of the Balkan type.
The need for enlightenment of crimes against LDK activists, as well as other crimes committed in Kosovo, still undiscovered, is imperative and national interest. It's not only LDK, it's all Kosovo! I said it in the vault and I repeat: The PDK will give support to any action, initiative or demand to reach this goal to the end, but their treatment as party capital to gain and retain power will remain one of the most serious segments of political immorality in post-war Kosovo. On the other hand, the “Movement” party, so self-declared as revolutionary and inconsistent to internationals, set the example that night of an extreme”, wrote Kadri Veselin, chairman of the Assembly.
Wessel has also criticised the ambassadors' response on the night of December 22nd, saying Kosovo cannot be treated as state-free.
Our Western partners are a positive part of the journey towards our freedom and statehood. Our Western orientation is complete and at least. This orientation is not just geostrategic definition. It's national identity as well, so there's no need to be tested in this direction and in the actual fragility of our state existence. Kosovo cannot be treated as a state without a state, nor can delays in closing international subjectivity be transformed into a permanent state of”.
In late December 2017, the coalition's partisan initiative to abolish the Special Court Law failed.
Meanwhile, last week Quinti's States warned Kosovo not to continue insisting on breaking up the Special Court, saying such a step would have negative consequences for the country.
