Turkey's Kurds in Diyarbakir, which is also the largest city of southeastern Turkey with mainly Kurdish populations, strongly condemned this Sunday, the Turkish Army operation in the northern region of Syria, in Africa.
Turkish Land Forces stormed the province of Africa on Sunday after Ankara added heavy artillery attacks on the Kurdish military. Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim said the Turkish military, among the largest of NATO, has entered the northern part of Syria on Sunday morning.
Meanwhile, Diyarbakir's Kurds called on the international community to stop the operation immediately, as the Turkish military said it had so far hit about 153 targets of Kurdish militants in the African region, including their accommodations. The wars are marking the second day of Turkey's new front, in a seven-year civil war that has engulfed Syria.
