The chairman of the Commission for Internal Affairs, Security and Supervision of the Kosovo Security Force (FSK), Haxhi Shala, has voiced confidence that Kosovo will soon have its army.
In this interview given to the newspaper “The new era”, the deputy initiative, has expressed optimism that with a lobby of our institutions and the international community, an agreement will be reached that the necessary constitutional changes for the military be backed by Serb deputies in the Kosovo Assembly.
But, according to him, if that doesn't happen, then Kosovo will transform the KSF into the army by law, switching the mission and giving it additional competencies.
