Kosovo citizens expect clear signals towards integration from the EU

“I believe that EU institutions will continue to do for the European perspective of our country, as in the whole region, dynamic, concrete and accessible perspective”, has stressed that for Kosovo, the road is clear, EU membership with confidence that the European Union should focus foreign policy on the enlargement process.
“EU enlargement policy should be seen as a mechanism to make the EU family more complete and sustainable. We expect that EU institutions will ensure a clear path of Kosovo and other Western Balkan countries in the EU's perspective. I consider that at this stage, unity seems more important than ever, said Minister Hoxha.
There are many challenges and opportunities in this process, Minister Hoxha stressed, noting that Kosovo and the EU institutions should work together to overcome challenges and use opportunities by refocusing Kosovo's EU perspective as the only road ahead for Kosovo.
“Allow me to highlight the commitment of the Government of Kosovo in all processes related to the European agenda, including the dynamism of implementing the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, completion of the visa liberalisation process, and facilitating the free travel of Kosovo citizens to the countries of the European Union”, Minister Hoxha stressed.
