The dead are 19 civilians and 11 children”, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
The explosion occurred late last night, near the offices of Ayand al-Caucas, the militant group linked to Jabhat Fatah al-Sham, al-Qaeda subsidiary in Syria, known as al-Nusra Front.
Idlib has about two million inhabitants, including those displaced from other Syrian cities.
