KEK finalises over 74 contracts, compensates 14 owners

KEK has made the division of priority neighborhoods and that division has taken place in three areas.

The first priority area in which the first houses are located in the vicinity of the mine, has a total of 99 homes, out of 74 inconsistencies have already been finalised contracts and ready for notary signatures once the necessary documentation on the part of residents is completed.

KEK has so far finalised financial obligations for expropriating 14 residents' properties. Similarly, another 14 contracts are finalised in swimming, and transactions will end once the residents are signed.

Otherwise, although the process is complicated and does not depend solely on the work and dynamics of the Corporation, we consider it going to a satisfactory level and in a record term the finalisation of all contracts is being targeted.

The corporation once again called on residents to regulate all documents and as required by law to submit Notter to complete all expropriation procedures.

The Kosovo Energy Corporation, once again guarantees all sides, and especially residents of these areas that all higher international standards are being implemented to complete the shift process and as promised in a record term are fulfilling all obligations that are in corporate competence.

KEK reports citizens that the Corporation has already stabilised overall and is operating with all generation units to supply citizens with electricity. /Periscopi/
