The Japanese Tower in Prekaz has begun to collapse because of a lack of state care. Visitors say the state should invest more in this complex. While the complex guide suggests the project for the Jasara Tower is ready, but the Government should share financial means for renovation.

The Tower and homes of the Jasharaites in Prekaz, like many memorial and complex graves of martyrs, the state has completely forgotten and for lack of care they are now beginning to collapse, even to collapse.

Visitors from all parts of the country and from Albanian lands say the state should invest more in this complex because if it is left to lose that story, public television reports.

The Jasharat Tower Settings Project is ready, says guide Ilaz Halimi. According to him, this year the Government of Kosovo is expected to share the financial means for renovation of the Tower.

In Kosovo there are 109 cultural heritage assets, which are at high risk. This result comes from the research on the ground of the Kosovo Foundation “Cultural Heritage Without Borders”.

This research reveals that by December 2016, 9th buildings have been lost, while 11 others have been added to the list “Heritage at risk”. Meanwhile, only 7 assets have been saved.
