The “irrespective of which nationality or political approach has encouraged him to have led to the commission of this crime, Oliver Ivanovic's assassin, committed a terrible crime and caused great damage to Serbs in Kosovo”, Arlov has said.
Arlov had been friends with Ivanovic for years and has expressed shock at his death news.
He says he met Ivanovic four days ago at his residence in northern Mitrovica.
“Oliver was quiet, very quiet, did not mention any threats or fears. We talked about regular things, jobs, families. He also spoke of preparations for the elections, but did not mention there was a problem because of the party and its political engagement”, Arlov added.
He has even shown details from the Christmas meeting, where, according to him, gifts were distributed to each other and that they had a fantastic atmosphere.
