The 68-year-old physician, Moshe3 Harel, who was born in Turkey but of Israeli nationality, is suspected of organ trafficking in Kosovo, while for more than 7 years now in search of security authorities.
Otherwise, the indictment for this case was filed on June 10, 2011, by the prosecutor EULEX, Jonathan Ratel, who Turkish surgeon Yusuf Ercin Sonmez, charged him with charges of trafficking in people, organised crime and illegal exercise of medical activity, while Israeli Moshe Harel was charged with trafficking of people and organised crime. Kosovo Police, through its spokesman Bakim Kelani, have confirmed the arrest case, reports Dukaagjini.
Kosovo's “Police possess information that on the basis of an international arrest warrant, days ago in Cyprus the suspected person (M.H.), who has been on the run since 2010”, Kelani has said.
He has made it known that in terms of his extradition, other competent authorities will be taken in, but it is still unknown whether the same will be extradited to Kosovo or Russia, as it is also sought by this state.
