What will happen to drivers who get negative points?

According to him, if they manage to get nine negative points they'll lose their permission and be forced to submit to the auto school test from the start, so they're considered original drivers.

While they get negative points, they will be able to attend some training organised by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where they can also recall traffic regulations.
