This murder was committed in broad daylight on a street. Security cameras recorded Rosa Otilia Ramirez who was shot in the back of the head after taking the girl to school.

Horrible screenshots of CTV videos show a man with a covered face approaching 32-year-old behind as he walks along the sidewalk at the last moment of her life.

He goes near Otilia Ramirez, who seems unaware of his presence.
