According to the MPJ communiqué at the meeting, relations between the two countries were discussed, co-operation in the field of Kosovo recognition, in various geographic areas where France has particular influence, and preparations for the 10th anniversary of Kosovo Independence.
Minister Pacolli praised France's contribution to all the most important processes of Kosovo's citizenship and recognised the guest with his views of recent political developments in Kosovo, which were highly praised by his co- talker.
Ambassador Chambers recognised Minister Pacolli with the steadfast will of his country and the West in general to support Kosovo and at this stage of its development.
French diplomat handed Minister Pacolli also a letter to Minister for European Affairs Natalie Loisau. In the letter, the French minister thanked Mr. Pacolli for the meeting during his visit to Paris and for the open exchange of views during this meeting. In response to Mr. Pacolli's invitation, Minister Loisau also expresses the French delegation's desire to participate in the celebrations of Kosovo's 10th anniversary of Independence.
The ambassador expressed France's sorrow, as a partner and supportive state of Kosovo, for internal movements in the Republic of Kosovo over the past few days.
