Of all the positions held in the Vetevendosje Movement, Faton Topalli, who is also deputy in the Kosovo Assembly, has resigned today.

His decision, Topalli reasons with his concern about what is happening within the subject, writes Periscope.

Below, you have a full letter of the Topal provided by Periscope, with chronologically listing problems within the Movement.

This is Topall's letter:

Honored Members of the Headship of the Vetevendosje Movement

Following the resignation of Dardan Molyqaj, Organising Secretary, members of the Albulen Haxhiu Headship, Donika Cadaj Buyupi, Dardan Sejdiu, Aida Drdgut, Zgjim Hysen and several deflict deputies of the Visar Ymer Vetevendosje Movement from the Head of the Vetevendosje Movement cannot admit that I am concerned about developments in the Movement.

More than a year and a half ago, we met in Stryen to discuss the policies of Vetevendosje for two consecutive days, and I was very hopeful that a deep dialogue would begin, but this meeting turned out to be almost totally fruitless. What happened next was the continuation of the same practice.

During the national elections, I realized I had been labeled part of the Dardan Molliqaj group, even though I met Movement and no group. This became even more transparent during the local elections we lost in Ferizaj, among other things, because of this approach.

When in December of last year I stood up for Aida Dorg and against her public footage, because someone inside us was interested that domestic differences were made public using her mistake, I asked that internal issues be discussed within the Movement and distanced from those who used the language of insults and ethics. This caused the campaign of attacks on me to grow to the extent that I had never imagined.

On my journey to the Vetevendosje Movement, I agreed with most politics in the movement as I have expressed my concerns about things I have not agreed to. Some of the concerns I've presented to the Council of Interior as the work of symbols in the Republic of Kosovo for which I've sought respect until we have the parliamentary majority to officially change them. I have also expressed myself to the coalitions which in particular have been, in my opinion, necessary, even though we have not been made.

During my political course from 1978, I have acted on various political subjects. Sadly, no political subject has had less influence than within the Vetevendosje Movement.

Today, since housework is being discussed in public, which I've been against and publicly declared, I can't help but admit that as many other colleagues and colleagues do, I have some attitudes that differ from those that have been held in practice by the Vetevendosje Movement.

I personally have social democrat beliefs. That's why I'm a member of the Vetevendosje Movement. Sadly, in the structure of Vetevendosje, we find everything from religious and political believers to extreme right and ultranationalists. They neither represent me nor represent me, and I have nothing in common with them. As a result of this mix, we have a disproportion between the political programme and ideological representation in the structure of the Vetevendosje Movement. The Vetevendosje movement must return to the layer it represents with political concept. The commitment to that land is also a matter of social democracy, but extreme nationalism does not solve the country's problems.

I'm for open, democratic dialogue and the creation of conditions for a constructive and honest dialogue which last two years lacked. Any expression of differences was considered anti-Move. The freshest case is public exposure to all those who publicly expressed their shortcomings and declared reforms in the movement. All those who so far manifested dissatisfaction fled or were excluded from the Vetevendosje Movement or labeled as people of different services from SHIK to Serbian Security associates. If there is democracy, if there is readiness for dialogue and reform, why is it so painful otherwise, and why can't it be endured at all?

The state of Kosovo has its symbols. They were unjustly imposed. Even though we use identification, car permits, passports and other documents with these signs, we are politically unaware of them. I think we should respect them until we create the parliamentary majority to change.

With our political language and the rare white eye of zit, we contributed to a political climate that left no room for social dialogue and consensus. There is no economic, political development and moving forward without the consensus. It is not all who disagree with us that are enemies to life and death but are our political opponents, some bigger and others smaller. Those with whom the prosecution should deal and the courts should take them. We are neither a prosecutor nor a judge.

Today the delegation has determined its rules. I am for respecting these rules both within and outside the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament and against using non-conventional methods under peaceful conditions as policy tools.

I am for fewer patrols, principled statements and much more for concrete actions in the direction of uniting Albanians in the economy, political, culture. It is easier to walk and implement goals step by step than the policies called principled policy that lead to no concrete results. We are able to do more with Albania -- more with the Albanians of Macedonia, the Presevo Valley and Montenegro -- more with the rgata and for exiles worldwide.

These are some of my worries.

Some activists of the Vetevendosje Movement, when I did the promotion for Aida Dergut's management, said I had it for power. I'm giving an opposite example. It's not about power. I am resigning from all positions in the movement from the General Council member to the Social Protection Committee Leader, respectfully social policy. So let those who love hold power. As a member of the Vetevendosje Movement, I will respond to the General Council whenever there is a desire to report for my work as MP.

Under the established conditions, I consider that there is no room for support discussions, nor for reform. Those who resigned were named a puquist. The real job happened to Wiszar Imer and those considered a pimp. You can call me the same if you want, even though I've had enough of it during both national elections and local elections. This doesn't hurt at all, and let it remain the matter of the conscience of those who acted against me, that is, against the Movement.

I also remain members of the Vetevendosje Movement. If Vetevendosje Movement has the inner strength of change it will be able to move forward and I will be its supporter. If there is no compromise, and that seems to be right now, it is better to separate and unite at points that unite us than to deal endlessly with each other. If it comes to separation, what I would not like, we can cooperate with each other. I believe we stay much closer than those we wanted to make coalition partners.
