Police said a 60-year-old man took something to land, which then exploded into his hand.
The object that man took to earth may have been a hand grenade, even though it has not yet been confirmed.
The event occurred Sunday morning at Varby Gard's underground station.
It is not yet known whether the event is related to terrorist attacks.
