This time around, the executive is thinking that the money in this fund, whose value exceeds 400m euros, is unlocking through the release of valuable letters, KTV reports.
Finance Minister Bedri Hamza is convinced that realising this issue will present no obstacle.
He has announced that this year will continue the same trend of issue of valuable letters, as has happened last year.
He has acknowledged that he will continue to pay off the bills of previously issued papers.
From 2012 to 2017, the government has entered into debt at over 500m euros through the issue of valuable letters. The idea of getting tools through the issue of valuable letters was initially promoted for investing, but they all almost went to filling trouble spaces in the budget.
While, in terms of the Privatisation Fund even earlier, the government had made efforts to implement these funds, but that international institutions had intervened, not allowing the same ones to be affected.
