The responsible physician has shown the illness that this prisoner suffered and the course he failed to survive after his condition deteriorated.
“V.K. has come to prison with a date of 24.08.2017, and the same day has been placed in the Dubrava Prison station, where it has remained all the time due to poor health. This prisoner has come to prison with disorders and medical complications such as having Type I diabetes (VlD Insulin, three times a day), diagnosed 20 years ago, and complications since then, said the doctor about Indexline.

“1. We saw you weakened, for which it has been compensated as a blind man in the first degree as a result of Diabetes Melitus. 2. Angiathia with blood - related disorders and the compromise of vessels for what there was gangrene and amputation of several toes before you came to prison. Prisoner, V.K. Since he came to prison, he has been treated at the State of Prison, according to recommendations by experts in Vascular Surgery and Endocrinology. He has repeatedly been sent to regular checks according to his recommendations and state of health. The therapy and care of open wounds as a result of gangrene are also conducted according to expert recommendations”, he said.

Now, about 9: 00 p.m. today, the patient has suddenly been feeling uncomfortable, and has immediately been exiled by the caregiver to provide the first medical assistance according to the indicators (RCP). After continuous efforts, no stabilisation of the situation has been achieved, and for that reason the patient has been sent by ambulance, under the presence of two members of the SP medical staff to Pec, where even there the emergency doctors have attempted to re-animate, but without success, what cases have prevented his death.
According to the SB doctor in Dubrava, the patient has changed his life as a result of inadequacy and heart labor disorders as a result of chronic damage to blood vessels.
This case during the day has been subjected to pre-law procedures for cases of death in prison. The autopsy will verify the real cause of death” said in a news release.
