This letter dates on January 17th, just two days after the same was discussed on the foreign affairs commission at the helm with Vjosa Osmani, KTV reports.
Although without recommendation for the vote, or against, it says the Commission is following the decision to review the agreement until the second point says the consensus at the session is given by Commission Chairman Vjosa Osmani.
However, officials in the Assembly say there is no way to examine it from Headship when there is no recommendation for it.
Artan Murati from KDI says there may be two issues here, or a problem of communication or deliberate procrastination until a consensus between parties on the issue is reached.
