This is because the Pristina Constitutional Court tomorrow at 1: 00 p.m. will announce the case against Albin Kurti, Albulen Hadziut, Faton Topalli and Donika Cadaj-Bujupi.
The four deputies of the Vetevendosje Movement are accused of throwing gas at the Kosovo Assembly session in order to prevent ratification of the Demarcing Agreement with Montenegro and the Community of Serb-run municipalities Agreement.
After many court hearings, where severe verbal confrontations and sometimes offenses were seen, the trial court of the Pristina Foundation Court will decide on the guilt or innocence of the accused.
Throughout the trial, the deputies of the Vetevendosje Movement declared that their actions were only in defense of Kosovo's sovereignty and territorial integrity, thus preventing a major evil that was going on Kosovo, or as they called it, the pardon of thousands of hectares of land and the deregulation of Kosovo”.
Even some of the accused were told they were proud of the actions they took while their actions were right, all the accused MPs of this case cited the Kosovo Constitutional Court ruling, which found that some of the provisions of the Agreement for the Community of Serb-run municipalities were not in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
