She today addressed the media and the public regarding political relations between Serbia and Croatia, caused by bilateral charges on the case of the Jasenovac exhibition at UN headquarters, which was opened by Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic.
Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic said today that the main task is to protect Croatian national minorities, such as Croats living in Serbia and Serbs in Croatia, reports “b92”, Periscopi broadcast.
She also said her country will try all disputes with neighbours resolved peacefully and with dialogue, and if that is not possible, she says, Croatia will address international institutions.
She also called for more efforts to maintain calm tensions.
Kitarovic said it supports a policy of honest dialogue to resolve the open issue in a positive atmosphere.
Croatian Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs Marija Pejcinovic estimated that Serbia has no credibility to talk about Jasenovac, at the same time rehabilitate its criminals from World War II./Periscopi/
