The Civil Recording Agency has demanded completion of the change of the Law on Literacy in December 2017 and has begun preparing the concept of the document, while expected to be approved this month at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, then sent to Government.
The director of the Public Communication Office in the Ministry, Roxana Charles, told Radio Kosovo that the goal is to have the law completed within this year, as well as to begin with issuing children's IDs.
This document can be used for health services, health institutions, educational institutions, kindergartens, and schools, and most importantly, this document can be used as a travel document with those countries that we have agreements. All children, regardless of their age and age, may be equipped with this ID”, the verse stated.
Agron Sinan, who has three children, says their ID equipment would greatly facilitate bureaucratic procedures in institutions.
We've already had textbooks for school and for ambulance. And now it's very good that these IDs are being done, because we're going to have to go to Komuna for gardens and schools to get extracts. And with these, we now perform all of the” services, Sinan said.
The Civil Recording Agency has called for completion of the change of the Law for IDs and is working on a document concept.
This law will advance electronic data management, and the benefits will be great. The procedure for equipping children with IDs will be conducted according to ICO standards, as they are for passports.
