Charge brought against chief prosecutor Arta Marku

Acting Chief Prosecutor Arta Mark will face a lawsuit filed against her, by a subordinate.

Former Director of the Foreign Relations Sector and Defiction at the Prosecutor General Rowena Gashi has indicted Mark at the Administrative Court in Tirana.

Since it is related to Gashi's movement from her position of work and assignment as a common prosecutor in the derimination sector, the eye.net writes.
