Tpz.al learns that this change comes as one of Brussels' key conditions for opening negotiations for Albania's membership in the European Union.

According to the documents the physical characteristics of the permit are according to ISO 7810. The card material will be polycarbons, no less than 4 layers, with life expectancy less than 10 years and suitable for laser carving and personalization.
