CEC lifts two deputies' mandates

The Central Election Commission decided to lift the mandate of MP Aqif Rakipi and Gledion Rehovices after being affected by the deriminal law. The CEC approved the prosecution's request at today's meeting with 5 votes. They're accused of stealing and false identities in Italy.
For PDIU deputy Rakipi Interpol Roma says he was reported for theft by the name Skender Eylbegaj. The theft in question took place at 03.11.1998, when the MP declared on the derimination form that he was an immigrant in Italy.
LSI MP Gledion Rehovica, according to Interpol Rome, is reported for theft of the store called Kusta Mina at 27.02.1999, when the deputy himself declared living in Italy as a student.
As for the Pogradec mayor's case, Capri KEC decided to once again address the prosecution for additional information.
