Candidate of PDK suspected of counterfeiting money

Rexhepi had been a candidate for Asamblist from the PDK and was active in this party's campaign in the year.

As for the declaration, it's a political assembly, it's a laptop, because it's true that it's a member of a party, but it doesn't relate to the last case”, Maliqi told the JNK Journal.

The lawyer has confirmed in the photographic identification that his client is the person who in the last election ran for the municipal assembly.

The paper has attempted to receive a comment from senior PDK officials on opening this case to their candidate.

The chairman of the Kosovo Democratic Party's branch in the year, Bekim Aszi, has declined to comment on the arrest.

Official PDK has confirmed in photographic identification that Sabit Maliqi lawyer's client is the candidate PDK for the October 2017 elections.

PDK chairman Kadri Veseli's cabinet officials have not answered KALLXO.com's questions in the case.

Besim Rexhepi, in the 2017 elections, has been a candidate for municipal assembly in the year from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo. He was ranked 9th, winning 188 votes, insufficient to become an assemblyist.

Rexhepi had also in the past conflict with the law. He was sentenced to 6 months in prison because in September 2003, he had caused an accident in which one had lost one's life. But Rexhepi had not gone to prison because he escaped from justice until his property was prewritten.
