Austria's deputy chairman, Heinz-Christian Strahe, could imagine that in the future asylum seekers in Vienna would be placed in the barracks.
Also, as he said in an interview with Austrian state television ORF, a kind of ban on refugee returns should be considered.
Strahe has said that there should be consideration in which of the seven barracks in Vienna today is the opimal use, which has not been exploited enough.
The goal, as he has said, is that once again concern for asylum seekers is passed on to the state.
Currently in Vienna about 13 thousand asylum seekers live in private residences.
