To stop this, the diplomatic choir in Kosovo has demanded that this not happen, but that it will continue with its work.
In fact, the American Embassy in Kosovo has started to review the measures to be taken against those who approve the abolition of the Special Court.
However, international criminal law professor Ismet Salihu has estimated that the initiative to abolish the Special Court is harmful both in political and judicial terms.
Salihu in an interview for “The new age” said this effort to abolish specials is not good for Kosovo's interests. He said the Special Court is unstoppable.
