The chief of the European Union Office in Kosovo, Natalia Apostolova, has said Kosovo urgently needs to ratify the demarcation agreement with Montenegro.
According to Apostolovas, Kosovo should not remain hostage to individuals because this agreement is a matter of national interest to the country, Kosovo reports.
These statements, chief of the EU office in Kosovo, gave Kosovars today during a presentation of the Bulgarian Presidency of the European Union Council priorities.
