“Effective rule of law is very effective for society, nobody is above the law. Kosovo's people expect to have quality judiciary and rule of law that serves them. The establishment and preservation of the judicial system is a difficult, complex and ongoing process”, she has said.
She has said that reforms in Kosovo's judicial system have occurred during these years with the support of international partners.
Apostolova has added that such an assessment provides a mirror of the statistical-based system and enables comparison through internationally recognised indicators.
“There is fragmentation in Kosovo's judicial system and this must be changed. The justice minister is committed to deepen the process towards a comprehensive strategy. Such a strategy is not the end of the road but will help all parties with the interest to implement reforms effectively”, Apostolova has said, write arabres.info.
