The “governments of Albania and Kosovo should quickly consider taking anti-active measures against Serbia, in terms of the above case”, requires Confindustria.
The Konfindustria estimates, that counter-aware measures may be commercial and legal, given the financial damage, that Serbia's unreasonable deadlock of the 400 line. KW causes both countries.
According to Konfindustri, Albania and Kosovo import products worth up to 500m euros/year from Serbia. International treaties envision taking punitive measures in response to a country's dishonest economic and trade policies.
“Investalment for line 400 KW has cost over 75m euros loaned by the German KFW Bank. Failure to work not only causes a financial damage of millions of euros/year, risks the energy security of Albania and Kosovo, as well as the creation of the Regional Energy Market. At the same time, Serbia's energy line position Albania -Kosovo also has a clear political nature to the process of establishing the EU-wanted Joint Balkan Market at the Berlin and Trieste Meetings”, said the communique, broadcast the KP.
