Doctors came three hours and 45 minutes late, after 81-year-old called an ambulance complaining about a pain in the neck.
The medical team had to break the door at her home in Klacton, Essex, England, because she did not respond.
Ambulance responsibilities said they could not send the vehicle faster, due to a large “request to service and delays in emergency units.
