About 12 million Kosovo documents still held in Serbia

None of the nearly 12 million documents and maps, which under this agreement were meant to be returned from Serbia to Kosovo, has arrived at the Kosovar Agency for Return and Verification of Property (AKKVP), writes today “Koha Ditore”.
By June 2016, Kosovo's institutions have been responsible for delays in implementing this agreement, as Kosovo's institutions were pre-emptive for Kosovo to draft the Law on AKKVP.
