Foresting for foreign ambassadors in Kosovo, the states of Quintus!
1). Did it happen in your countries, that an executive organ, like the CEC fuel in Kosovo, since two days ago, to vote for law enforcement, when laws are known to be implemented by all organs and citizens, since when they are approved in the Assembly?
2). In a very concrete case of practice, is the CEC right to vote for non-law enforcement, as it has not respected about 10 years after it has practiced voting for respect?
3). - In the countries where you come from, are there legal and legal responsibilities for disregarding the laws for years, from certain bodies such as our case with the CEC?
4). - In the countries where you come from, what happens to the organs and the physical persons that make up those organs, when they take the role of the legal body (in our case, the Parliament), do you think that as logic “ladrovcine” that the law is like the lactice?
With respect, Kosovo MP / law/challer: Mr. Berisha
