A 73-year-old walker suffered head injury in the accident, which took place outside Oxford's 4:30 street, British medium “Metro” reported, the Periscope broadcast.
After the aid accident, she was rushed to a London hospital, but she died shortly thereafter.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said the chip was stopped at the scene.
Roads in the area were closed for several hours after the incident, and were reopened at 20:30.
Witnesses reported on “Stand by” for seeing two bikers return to Oxford streets before one hit the elderly woman.
