Politologist Ramush Tahiri has estimated that it has been unnecessary to delay in constitutionalising the Kosovo Assembly, since the procedure, the law, as well as the Constitution of Kosovo, is very clear.
“Voting is formal to elect the mayor and five vice-presidents of the Kosovo Assembly. Right of the proposal is constitutional right that doesn't go down and on this basis it's been completely unreasonable The PAN, who didn't give the proposals. There is no legal side for procrastination, political side of the yes”, Tahiri is expressed in RTK.
He has said the PAN appears to have secured the numbers for the government.
Tahiri has stressed that even though the government may have 61 or 63 votes, it meets the condition to be a government.
The “is a conglomerate of parties in the ruling coalition. We'll see how ministerial posts are divided”, he said.
Tahiri has predicted that this government will be fragile.
“Pacolli with a few MPs will have more power, while the Serbian List has 10 deputies and will have only three ministries, so the assessment is that Serbs are second-hand citizens”, Tahiri has said.
According to him, it would be best that the country should go to new elections, as we will have party profiles.
“So legally it's okay, but the opposition has many deputies, and when it wants they may have motions for the collapse of the government”, Tahiri stressed.
